Which plan is right for my lab?
Use the "Find your plan" wizard to estimate the number of tasks your lab needs. Alternatively, you can sign for the Essentials plan and upgrade when you are running out of tasks credits.

What if our workload varies from month to month?
You have two options. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from month to month according to your needs. You can also switch to an annual plan to give you more flexibility to accommodate spikes of activities.

Do you offer annual plans?
Yes, you can pay for your subscription on annual basis. The price and number of tasks are 12 times the price and task numbers of the monthly plan. Annual plans give labs more flexibility in the use of their tasks budgets.

We do give discounts to academic discounts to labs that post a link to our website. Contact us for details.

Why is the price based on tasks?
Tasks are the metrics best aligned with the value GenoFAB is providing to your lab. It allows you to progressively increase the scope of activities that you want to manage in GenoFAB without having to face a steep barrier to entry. It also allows you to give all your lab stakeholders access to your data without having to worry about the cost adding more users to your plan.

Do you offer a trial period?
Yes. When you sign up, you can immediately access the software without any restriction for 14 days. You do not have to save a credit card in your profile.

What form of payment do you accept?
Checks, ACH, credit cards, wire transfers.

Can you send a quote?
Yes, we send quotes for organizations interested in the business plan. Labs signing up for the other plans will be invoiced upon sign up.

Do you send invoices?
Yes, we send you monthly or annual invoices that are due upon receipt. Subscriptions are due at the start of the subscription period.

Do you suspend service if a payment is late?
We understand that our tool is critical to your laboratory operation. We will not suspend service if we have evidence that you are working toward regularizing your account status.
